The Wheel of Bitcoin has been paying well before and was the main featured Android app for one of the ways to earn bitcoins using Android. At this time though, it is not accessible anymore as an app that can be installed via apk or outside of Play Store.
Sad to say, it is not paying anymore. I don't it will be in the near future but if it does gets active again, I will be updating it in the posts.
